Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for diagnostics, repair authorization, parts, storage, shipping, and service limitations.

Diagnostic and testing fees

Quoted diagnostic, inspection, or testing charges cover the agreed work and are due even when no repair is authorized or a device cannot be economically repaired.

Repair approval

Work outside the accepted scope requires customer approval. Estimates may change when hidden damage, prior modification, unavailable parts, or additional faults are discovered.

Parts and modified equipment

Parts availability, substitutions, and lead times may affect completion. Arcovex may decline unsafe, excessively modified, contaminated, or unsupported equipment.

Shipping and risk

The customer is responsible for suitable packing, inbound shipping, return shipping, insurance, and carrier claims unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Unclaimed equipment

Equipment left unpaid or unclaimed for 90 days after notice may be treated as abandoned and disposed of or sold to recover charges, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of service

Testing and repair reflect the condition observed during service. No result guarantees future performance, regulatory acceptance, or operation outside the documented configuration.

A written quote, work authorization, or invoice may include job-specific terms that supplement these general terms. Applicable law controls where these terms conflict with legal requirements.
